I'm Sebastian, sole trader, trading as Fenici Family Care. This page says what personal information I collect, why, and what I do with it.
What I collect
Your name and contact details, the parts of your NDIS plan relevant to the support I provide, notes about shifts, and invoicing details. If you email or text me, I keep that message.
Why I collect it
To provide support, to invoice you or your plan manager, and to meet my record-keeping obligations. I don't use your information for marketing.
Who else sees it
Your plan manager, if you have one, sees invoices. Otherwise nobody, unless you ask me to share something or the law requires it.
This website
I use Umami analytics, self-hosted on my own server, to count page visits. It doesn't use cookies, it doesn't track you across other sites, and no third party receives your analytics data. There is no contact form on this site. The contact page embeds a Google map of the area I cover: when that map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy terms rather than mine.
Seeing or correcting your information
Ask me and I'll show you what I hold. If something's wrong, I'll fix it. If you want a complaint looked at beyond me, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
